Thank you to everyone for your help in setting up and assembling the backpacks and
for all the school supplies that were donated.
Bonnie Johnson, Back to School Back Pack Organizer
Here are some letters we have received from the schools;
Thank you so VERY much for providing our students in need with wonderful new backpacks,
and all the great school supplies inside, AND the extra supplies! Your efforts make
it possible for students to feel ready and prepared to be good students. Just yesterday,
I was able to help a family of three students with your backpacks, and the look
of relief on their faces was priceless.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, on behalf of our school.
On behalf of all staff and students here at Hilltop Elementary School I would like
to thank you and the others at God's Grace in Action for your generous donation
of school supplies. The backpacks which were given to the school have provided many
students with the resources they need to help them succeed during this school year.
It is a huge help to the school community when every student has an opportunity
to start out a new year on an equal footing with their peers, both socially as well
as academically, and the supplies which you have provided are helping to foster
a healthy environment for everyone. Thank you!
